Mobile Kitchens was engaged by Brookfield Multiplex to supply five temporary commercial kitchen modules during the refurbishment of Four Points by Sheraton at Darling Harbour, Sydney. The project involved craning modular kitchens several storeys above ground level to maintain uninterrupted hotel food service operations throughout the renovation.
