Air Conditioned
Designed with versatility in mind and for use in a wide range of of food service applications including aged care facilities, hotels and clubs, military, industrial canteens and event caterers, they ensure a safe, comfortable and efficient working environment on site. The size of the exhaust canopies enable a large variety of cooking equipment to be used in each module providing flexibility for staff and innovative food preparation spaces for every application. Our varied footprints starting at 14.5m2 up to our largest 36m2 SuperMax unit (the largest single footprint kitchen available in Australia) provides an ample working environment to help our clients deliver a superior food service operation, guaranteeing a solution to suit your needs... No matter where you are!
Prep Kitchens
Prep Kitchens are designed to either stand alone, or be joined to our primary Hotline Kitchens. They come with plenty of power outlets, hand wash facilities, prep sink and can have shelving & prep benches as required. Also air conditioned they are great work space that compliment all of our modules

Air Conditioned
Prep Kitchens are designed to either stand alone, or be joined to our primary Hotline Kitchens. The addition of this facility enables a larger and in many instances more practical working environment for small to medium sized food service operations. Prep kitchens also provide additional space for dry food storage and preparation allowing for ease and efficiency of food service operations. They can be provided with a combination of prep benches, refrigeration, shelving and include a prep sink as well as hand-wash facilities. They also come air conditioned to ensure the comfort of your team whilst they are working
Prep Warewash
Prep Warewash facilities are designed to offer the best of both worlds with a prep room and additional pass through dishwasher facilities. Lots of power outlets, sinks, hand-wash and state of the art pass through dishwasher make washing up as enjoyable as it can be.

Air Conditioned
This very popular module offers amazing versatility for small to medium food service operations These modules may also be joined to the primary Hotline Kitchen, Prep and Triple Store Kitchens to increase space further and create ergonomic “KWIK-FLO” ware-washing operations throughout the food preparation facility. Each module is air conditioned, includes hand-wash facilities, shelving or benching, double bowl sink with pre rinse spray, pass through dishwasher and outlet bench (with basket/rack storage racks under). Apart from air conditioning these modules also come with ventilation to assist with moisture control.
Warewashing
Our dedicated ware wash module comes in several sizes, ultimately dependant on the load of washing up required. From a small 3m module that includes and under-bench dishwasher, right up to our 12m module that has a serious rack conveyer dishwasher capable of washing thousands of plates an hour, Mobile Kitchens has a size that will fit your requirements

Our innovative and versatile ware-washing modules enable ergonomic and efficient KWIK-FLO washing operations as a stand alone module. With three types of dishwashing machines available (under bench, pass through & rack conveyer) for each facility, our KWIK-FLO operations are the preferred industry standard for hygienic, one way and efficient washing. Each module is air conditioned, includes hand-wash facilities, shelving or benching, double bowl sink with pre rinse spray, pass through dishwasher and outlet bench (with basket/rack storage racks under). Triple Stores Kitchens
Triple Stores Kitchens are designed to either stand alone, or be joined to our primary Hotline Kitchens. Available in 3 sizes, these modules are the perfect way to store your food, before, during or after service and are air conditioned to ensure a comfortable working environment

Triple Stores Kitchens present a unique opportunity to combine dry and cold stores in one module - generally consisting of a walk in cold room, double door upright freezer and dry store shelving. This is the perfect addition to any Hotline or Prep module setup assisting to create a complete complex which can fulfill complete food service infrastructure.
Food Pod
These amazingly versatile modules can be used for just about any application, whether its joined to our hotline to give multiple food retail service points, or stand alone self sufficient food retail points, their uses are only limited by your imagination.

Our Food Pods provide the benefit of visually appealing and customisable food retail options. Whether a small stand alone coffee pod or large fish and chip shop or event operation, our food pods offer the benefit of being stand alone setups or joined to our Hotline Kitchen modules. These amazingly versatile modules also help with social distancing at larger events where its preferred to minimise large crowds being too close together...which also minimises the size of line ups, ensuring that you sell more food, faster!
Mobile Exhaust Canopies
Our unique mobile exhaust canopies are a one of a kind in Australia. Especially beneficial in our temporary structures, they allow a lot of flexibility with layout whilst also protecting the structure and its workers/customers from fumes, grease and smells.

Mobile Exhaust Canopies provide a stand alone option for additional ventilation in a fire safe environment for larger projects contained in temporary structures. These Canopies can be employed alone or as part of a large scale kitchen operation particularly suited to special events, defence operations or temporary developments.
Cold Rooms

Large-scale food storage operation
Our cold rooms come in a variety of sizes, but essentially match our other module sizes of 3m | 6m & 12m. They can be held at temperatures from -18c up to +3c and all include lighting, shelving and internal emergency door release mechanisms and loading ramps.
Mobile Kitchens Cold Rooms provide the ultimate convenience for additional food storage requirements. Utilized as stand alone modules, these cold rooms are independently powered by 32amp, three phase electrical supply and are equipped with food safe shelving, lighting and alarmed safety doors. These units are ideal for use during larger refurbishment projects to provide extra cold service space or emergency facilities if faced with an equipment breakdown.
Dry Stores
Our sry stores come in a variety of sizes, but essentially match our other module sizes of 3m | 6m & 12m. They can be held at temperatures up to +25c and all include lighting, shelving and internal emergency door release mechanisms and loading ramps.

“KWIK-FLO” efficient & hygienic workflow
Our dry stores are a great, compliant way of holding all of your dry goods in a climate controlled and dust free environment. Similar to our cold rooms these modules are stainless steel lined internally and have lighting and all shelving required, Their access ramps also make it easy to move pallets in and out if required.
