Ozcare – Canossa Private Hospital

Ozcare required a temporary commercial kitchen solution to maintain essential food services at Canossa Private Hospital while its existing kitchen underwent refurbishment.

With 94 inpatient beds and patients requiring daily meals, maintaining uninterrupted catering operations was critical. The temporary facilities needed to support the hospital’s food preparation, cooking and dietary requirements throughout the refurbishment period.

Mobile Kitchens supplied temporary commercial kitchen infrastructure to enable the hospital’s catering team to continue operating while the existing kitchen was refurbished.

The temporary kitchen provided a practical, fully equipped commercial food preparation and cooking environment, allowing essential meal services to continue without disruption.

The project demonstrates Mobile Kitchens’ experience in providing temporary hospital kitchens and catering infrastructure that support healthcare facilities during kitchen refurbishments and upgrades.
